Get ready for some exciting news in the world of smartphones! Tech enthusiasts are buzzing with anticipation as four new devices from Google are set to be unveiled at the annual Made by Google event on August 20, 2025. The Pixel 10 series, comprising the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, promises to deliver cutting-edge technology and innovative features.
The Pixel 10 series is expected to boast impressive camera systems, with the Pro models featuring a triple camera setup including a 48MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera. The Pixel 10 series will be powered by the Tensor G5 chipset, built on TSMC, and supporting Qi2 wireless magnetic charging, a first for Android devices. The Pro models are tipped to come with 16GB of RAM, and base storage options of 256GB, with an optional 512GB upgrade.
Running on Android 16, the Pixel 10 series is expected to offer a new Desktop Mode, similar to Samsung DeX, providing a seamless experience between mobile and desktop computing.
As for pricing, the Pixel 10 is expected to start at around $799, while the Pixel 10 Pro will retail for around $999, the Pixel 10 Pro XL for approximately $1,199 (with no 128GB base model), and the Pixel 10 Pro Fold for around $1,799.
Meanwhile, the Oppo K13 Turbo Series 5G and the Vivo Y400 5G are yet to reveal their specifications and launch dates. The Vivo V60, another highly anticipated device from Vivo, also remains shrouded in mystery, with no recent or August 2025 related information available at this time.
