Black Sesame Technologies Unveils Revolutionary Vehicle Computing Chips at CES 2024

Black Sesame Technologies, a leading player in the autonomous driving industry, has made a significant impact at CES 2024 by officially unveiling the mass-produced chip models of its C1200 family. This new product line is set to revolutionise vehicle computing with an "All-in-One" chip, the Wudang C1200 series.

The Wudang C1200 series is designed to significantly boost software reuse and enhance the overall security of vehicle systems. It outperforms others in various key metrics within the global industry, making it a game-changer for the automotive sector.

In addition to the Wudang C1200 series, Black Sesame Technologies continues to dominate the domestic market with its Huashan Series A1000. This autonomous driving computing chip is China's first automotive-grade, single-SoC platform for driving and parking support. It is currently the most mature and widely used chip in the domestic market.

The Huashan Series A1000 is featured in popular models like the Lynk & Co 08 and Hycan V09. It boasts a broad range of capabilities, including integrated driving and parking, urban navigation, valet parking, 3D surround-view parking assistance, vehicle-road cooperation, and driver monitoring systems.

Black Sesame Technologies has also designed a framework for the Huashan-2 A1000 to expedite the commercialization process for automakers and Tier 1 suppliers. The company's development toolchain, in conjunction with the Huashan series of autonomous driving computing chips, comes equipped with comprehensive development kits and software tools needed for algorithm development.

The development toolchain lowers the barriers to algorithm development, aiding customers in achieving flexible model migration, deployment, and integration. Black Sesame Technologies is dedicated to collaborating with an expanding network of ecosystem partners to foster mutual growth and shared success, aiming to create greater value for the entire industry.

The Wudang C1200 series features an integrated driving and parking platform, a 6V Bird's Eye View sensor, vehicle data exchange, hard isolation, and GPU rendering. It excels in managing high-speed and low-speed data exchanges within vehicles, reducing the number of system devices required.

The Wudang Series C1236 supports single-chip NOA solution, while the Wudang Series C1296 supports single-chip integrated intelligent scenarios of multi-domain. The Huashan-2 A1000 is the first domestically produced autonomous driving computing chip to utilize the BlackBerry QNX operating system in mass production.

Black Sesame Technologies offers a combined "chip + development toolchain" model to assist customers in boosting R&D efficiency, reducing overall expenses, and hastening the journey to mass production. The company, which first introduced the Wudang C1200 series chip into mass production, is Hezhima Intelligent (Black Sesame Intelligence).

At CES 2024, a demo video featuring the Skyland series of intelligent driving computing platforms, developed by ECARX using the A1000 chip, was also showcased. The Huashan Series A1000 is featured in vehicles from FAW Group, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Geely Holding Group, and JAC Group.

With these innovative products and collaborative efforts, Black Sesame Technologies is poised to lead the way in the development and implementation of autonomous driving technology, creating a safer and more efficient future for the automotive industry.
