Morrison Heights Baptist Church, recognized for its traditional worship style, has modernized its audio system with a state-of-the-art setup. This integrated solution encompasses DiGiCo Quantum3 live sound consoles, Fourier Audio transform.engine plugin interfaces, and KLANG:konductor and 16 KLANG:kontrollers for immersive in-ear monitoring.
The DiGiCo Quantum3 consoles serve as the foundation for audio mixing, offering a high-capacity control solution for live sound reinforcement. The Fourier Audio transform.engine facilitates the seamless integration of software-based audio processing plugins directly into the live sound workflow. On the other hand, KLANG:konductor and the 16 KLANG:kontrollers provide individual, tailored monitor control for musicians and vocalists, allowing each performer to personalize their in-ear mix.
L-ISA technology from L-Acoustics is utilized to deliver high-quality, even coverage throughout the church, considering architectural constraints. This technology, combined with compact loudspeaker hangs, ensures a spatially engaging and immersive auditory experience for both the audience and the worship team.
The KLANG system, with a recent software upgrade, offers enhanced input-channel capacity for the worship team, assuring each performer receives a detailed, immersive in-ear mix. Moreover, the system's scalability and flexibility are extended through Fourier Audio’s transform.engine, making it easy to adapt to new audio processing needs as they arise.
By providing 16 individual controllers, musicians onstage can focus on their performance while having independent control over their personal monitor mix, alleviating the operational burden from the FOH operator.
