Users can now make insurance claims more efficiently through Beeline's mobile application. Submit a request via the app and avoid additional requirements or complications. To process a refund, simply upload two documents—a bank statement or card statement showing the deduction, along with a police order—all within the application. The company will return the funds within five business days. The maximum compensation tops at 25,000 rubles per month.
"In addition to existing features, we've increased the level of safety in our PRO version of the Virtual Assistant," said Sergey Anokhin, Beeline's general director. Enhancements include protection against spam calls and fraud in messengers, call forwarding to the assistant when availability is limited or conversation is unwanted, audio recording and transcription of received calls, and call duplication in Telegram. The price remains unchanged at 149 rubles per month. Both new and existing PRO Virtual Assistant users can enjoy these added security features.
