Fronius Expands EV Charging Solutions in Spain by 2024
Austrian solar energy pioneer Fronius is expanding its electric vehicle charging solutions in Spain. The company aims to connect charging points and self-consumption facilities in the country by 2024, promoting clean energy and electromobility.
Fronius, with over 60,000 photovoltaic installations in Spain, plans to integrate its intelligent charging solutions. The Fronius Wattpilot, an alternating current charger ranging from 11 to 22 kilowatts, can be controlled via smartphone or tablet using the Solar.Wattpilot app.
The company, which launched fleet management software for electric vehicles linked to self-consumption in Austria and Germany, seeks to replicate this success in Spain. Fronius' goal is to provide energy generation solutions that are efficient, clean, and economically viable.
Fronius, a key player in renewable energy, is well-positioned to promote clean energy and electromobility in Spain. With its advanced charging solutions and software, the company is set to enhance Spain's renewable energy production, particularly in the photovoltaics sector.
