Global Hospitality Boom: New Luxury Hotels & Unique Cave Stays Open or Coming Soon

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has recently expanded its portfolio with the opening of Fairmont Udaipur Palace in Rajasthan, India. Meanwhile, in Arizona, The REMI Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, has also welcomed its first guests. Elsewhere, preparations are underway for the October 2025 opening of JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo. In France, Le Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz - MGallery Collection has opened its doors, while in Ireland, voco The Club - Dublin Gateway has started operations. Hilton has announced plans for a unique cave hotel in Turkey, and several other openings are scheduled across the globe.

Fairmont Udaipur Palace, nestled in the heart of Rajasthan, boasts 327 guest rooms and suites, offering a luxurious retreat. Guests can indulge in eight dining options, rejuvenate at the 12,000-square-foot spa and gym, or take a dip in the pool. The hotel also caters to families with kids' play areas and an all-ages activity center.

In Scottsdale, Arizona, The REMI Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, has opened with 161 guest rooms and five dining options. The hotel's standout feature is its tallest rooftop pool in the city, accompanied by a fitness center.

Scheduled for October 2, 2025, JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo will offer 200 rooms, an executive lounge, a gym, pool, spa, and event spaces. Meanwhile, Le Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz - MGallery Collection in France has opened with 149 guest rooms, a rooftop restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a spa.

In Dublin, voco The Club - Dublin Gateway features 50 guest rooms, a brasserie-style restaurant, an outdoor spa, multiple meeting spaces, and parking facilities. Hilton's upcoming cave hotel in Turkey will belong to the Hilton Honors portfolio, offering a unique accommodation experience.

Other recent openings include AC Hotel Wichita Downtown in Kansas with 118 guest rooms and Spark by Hilton Ponce in Puerto Rico, set to open later in 2025 with 120 rooms. In California, Cambria Hotel Templeton-Paso Robles has opened with 132 guest rooms, an on-site restaurant, a pool and spa, an outdoor bar, firepits, a fitness center, and 12 EV charging stations. Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton, in Türkiye, is set to open in a natural cave with 36 guest rooms, a bar and terrace, a restaurant, a spa, four pools, and a gym.

These recent openings and upcoming launches showcase the diverse and expanding offerings of global hospitality brands. From luxurious palaces to unique cave hotels, each property caters to different preferences, ensuring a memorable experience for every traveler.
