Hiring of Ex-Business Partner from Corporate CAM in Delhi by AZB Firm
Juvraj Singh Bindra, a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience in general civil, real estate, corporate, and commercial litigation and arbitrations, insolvency and bankruptcy advisory, and representation, has joined AZB & Partners.
Bindra's expertise extends to advising domestic and international clients on disputes related to civil construction, real estate projects, equity and strategic investments, and infrastructure sectors such as oil and gas, social infrastructure, roads, railways, renewable energy, and power. He also provides guidance on contract management for large infrastructure and construction projects and has experience in white-collar crime defense matters.
In his new role at AZB & Partners, Bindra will focus on solution-driven trial advocacy, aiming for practical and just outcomes. Notably, he has recently been involved in advising troubled companies, their creditors, debtors, and investors on high-value, complex insolvency disputes, demonstrating considerable expertise in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
Ajay Bahl, co-founder and managing partner of AZB & Partners, expressed delight at welcoming Bindra to the firm. Bindra will be based in AZB's Delhi office, contributing to the firm's corporate and mergers & acquisitions practice. His experience is expected to add significant value to the firm, particularly in handling complex corporate disputes and insolvency matters.
Bindra's recruitment was announced in a statement by AZB & Partners, following his move from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Throughout his career, Bindra has built a reputation for his expertise in corporate law, and his addition to AZB & Partners is a strategic move that strengthens the firm's capabilities in this area.
