Large-scale joint promotion initiative, dubbed "Welcome to the Family," launched by alliance of retailers known as PAYBACK

PAYBACK, the popular loyalty programme, has announced a large-scale joint campaign across multiple channels and partners. The campaign, named "Welcome to the Family," aims to offer customers numerous advantages, with around 100 million tickets issued and more coupons, offers, and winnings than ever before in a PAYBACK campaign.

The campaign is designed to bring significant savings to customers each year. Each ticket, earned with every purchase at participating companies during the campaign period, comes with two coupons. One coupon is from the partner where the customer shopped, and the other is from another PAYBACK partner.

The "Welcome to the Family" campaign is not just limited to in-store experiences. It is being advertised in the stores of participating partners, partner channels, and out-of-home advertising across Germany. Customers can also find winning codes to enter into the PAYBACK app for additional offers, shopping vouchers, points, and prizes.

The PAYBACK app, used by 15 million users, has been awarded as the "most customer-friendly app" and "app with the greatest added value." The app is the heart of the PAYBACK programme, which boasts over 700 partner companies.

Some of the exciting prizes up for grabs include an electric mini from BMW. The German bank Sparkasse is also joining the PAYBACK programme in 2025, and customers linking their Sparkassen-Card with PAYBACK by October 30, 2025, can be a part of this campaign. EDEKA and Netto, two popular retail chains, have also joined PAYBACK from April 28th to June 1st, 2025.

PAYBACK takes pride in the fact that 94% of the collected points are redeemed by customers, either directly with partners or for premiums. The company, a 19-time "Top Employer," believes in providing the best value to its customers.

Florian Wolfframm, a member of the PAYBACK management, expressed his excitement about welcoming EDEKA and Netto, stating, "We are joyful, loud, and welcoming EDEKA and Netto joyfully, loudly, and with a huge 'Welcome to the PAYBACK family.'"
