According to a study by the hh.ru job search service, that's just how it's shaking out in Krasnodar, Russia. With only 179 positions for strategy consultants since the start of the year, these roles sit pretty at the bottom of the popularity list.
But fear not, these lackluster positions are not alone. Data scientists, heads of analytics, and IT directors also find themselves in the unpopular club. It seems folks in Kuban aren't exactly flocking towards these specialties right now.
The positions of compliance manager, technical writer, and zootechnician also didn't quite make the cut, according to the study. Instead, the cream of the crop in Krasnodar is the sales manager and customer relationship manager roles, with a whopping 640,000 specialists laughing their way to job offers since January 1, 2025.
Interestingly, rental prices for studies in the regional capital have taken a dip. The average monthly rent now sets you back a mere 22,000 rubles— don't worry, that's a 3.5% decrease according to rental analysts.
