Lemonade Appoints Airbnb, PayPal Vet Geoff Seeley to Board
Lemonade, the digital insurance company, has appointed Geoff Seeley to its Board of Directors. Seeley brings a wealth of marketing experience, having led teams at Airbnb, PayPal, and Afterpay. The appointment was welcomed by Shai Wininger, Lemonade's co-founder and president.
Seeley's most recent role was as Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Afterpay. Before that, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at PayPal. His experience also includes leadership positions at Unilever and Pearson, where he specialised in brand strategy and performance marketing.
Wininger praised Seeley's appointment, stating that his insights will be invaluable as Lemonade continues to expand its global marketing efforts. Seeley himself expressed excitement about Lemonade, describing it as 'the most exciting brand to emerge in the insurance space in decades'.
Geoff Seeley joins Lemonade's Board of Directors, bringing extensive marketing expertise from his time at Airbnb, PayPal, and Afterpay. His appointment is expected to strengthen Lemonade's marketing strategies as the company continues to grow.
