This strategy encompasses the establishment of Japan-India Institutes for Manufacturing (JIMs), collaboration with government training institutions, and investment in new-age technology education.

Maruti Suzuki has invested ₹10 crore in the new JIM campus in Sonipat, Haryana, which includes infrastructure and equipment upgrades. The Haryana government provided the land and building.
