The Activity Tab now provides a single history for all connected devices and offers Home Brief for a quick daily summary.
The new app loads significantly faster, with a 70% improvement on some Android devices. Live views load 30% faster with a 40% decrease in playback failures, and camera tile previews load instantly. The best features of the Nest app are now integrated into the unified Facebook Home app, supporting core Nest devices and features.
The new Facebook Home app is rebuilt with a focus on speed, reliability, and completeness. App crashes are down by nearly 80%, and battery consumption and memory usage have been improved. Users can now enjoy a more intuitive, efficient, and stable smart home experience.
