Moleaer & Xylem Partner for Global Nanobubble Wastewater Treatment

Moleaer, a leading innovator in nanobubble technology, has partnered with Xylem Inc. for global distribution in wastewater treatment. This collaboration aims to expand the adoption of nanobubble technology, enhancing efficiency and sustainability in water and wastewater treatment.

Nanobubble technology, already established according to Moleaer's CEO Nick Dyner, offers significant benefits. It can lower chemical and energy consumption, increase treatment capacity, and improve overall performance with minimal disruption. These microscopic bubbles, measuring about 2,500 times smaller than a grain of salt, enhance various processes in water treatment.

The partnership follows successful projects, such as at the Maple Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Greer, South Carolina. Here, nanobubble technology reduced chemical usage and improved efficiency. Xylem, with its strategic investment in Moleaer, sees this technology as a significant advance in wastewater treatment. Scott Holzborn, Vice President and General Manager, Water Infrastructure, Treatment Americas at Xylem, endorses this view. The technology can reduce operating costs by lowering water, chemical, and energy usage without requiring infrastructure upgrades.

With over 4,000 installations globally across various sectors, Moleaer's nanobubble technology is poised for wider adoption in wastewater treatment. The partnership with Xylem Inc. will facilitate this expansion, driving improved efficiency and sustainability in water and wastewater treatment worldwide.
