Mike McLaren, a seasoned payments and fintech expert with over two decades of experience, has joined NjiaPay as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment comes just before the peak shopping season in South Africa.
McLaren brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous role as General Counsel at Stitch Payments. He will now work alongside Roderick Simons, who serves as both Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at NjiaPay. Simons co-founded the company with CEO Allback to tackle Talk360's payment hurdles.
McLaren's pragmatic and results-driven approach is set to bolster NjiaPay's team. His expertise will be crucial in driving execution and ensuring high-quality delivery during the busy shopping period.
