Prodrive's Racing-Inspired Furniture Doubles as a Motorsport Engineering Masterpiece

The racing world is abuzz with the unveiling of the 2025 Prodrive Racing Simulator, a high-performance motorsport training tool that doubles as a sculptural design object. Conceived by ex-F1 team principal David Richards and designed by automotive legend Ian Callum, this simulator is a testament to British craftsmanship and luxury.

At the heart of the simulator's audio system is Bang & Olufsen, handling duties with the Beoplay HX standard and an optional H100 upgrade. The Precision Sim Engineering LM Pro steering wheel provides a tactile connection to the virtual track, while electrically adjustable motorsport-grade pedals offer feedback based on Prodrive's four decades of motorsport experience.

The frame of the simulator is a carbon fiber monocoque, surrounded by lacquered gloss black beech wood crafted by Pendennis. The interior, meanwhile, is adorned with Connolly leather, allowing for customization options in terms of colour, stitching, and personalization. Vaughtons contributes to the simulator's unique identity with bespoke plaques for each commission.

The 2025 Prodrive Racing Simulator boasts a 49-inch curved Dual-QHD 5K resolution display, offering a stunning visual experience. The simulator's design is sleek and uncluttered, with a single power cable setup for easy integration into living spaces.

This luxurious piece of sculptural furniture is available through Bang & Olufsen Mayfair, Harrods, Auto Vivendi London, or directly through Prodrive's concierge service. While exact pricing details are yet to be announced, it is estimated to start at £40,000+.

With its combination of high-performance technology, British craftsmanship, and luxurious design, the 2025 Prodrive Racing Simulator promises to deliver the most authentic racing experience for those who seek the ultimate in motorsport training and design.
