In a significant development, Hightouch, a leading Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrated with AI capabilities, is on the hunt for a Technical Solutions Account Manager for the EMEA region. This role, which serves as the bridge between Hightouch and their largest Fortune 5000 customers, is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a keen interest in technology and a customer-first approach.

The position, available through We Work Remotely, offers a competitive salary range of 160,000-200,000 USD per year, with an 80/20 split variable, and is location-independent, in line with Hightouch's remote-first policy. The role also comes with meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, early exercise, and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive technical guidance and expertise across all Hightouch's products. This will involve contributing towards the success of the Hightouch platform by surfacing use cases and problems to Engineering that push the product to the next level. From a technical perspective, the role requires delivering a timely and organized onboarding for customers, ensuring they see the full value in Hightouch's products, and advising on technical best practices.

The role also involves collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations. Working closely with the Sales team, the Technical Solutions Account Manager will strategize on increasing Hightouch adoption within large organizations.

Hightouch's AI Decisioning platform offers a unique blend of AI-powered adaptive identity resolution and agentic AI marketing agents that automate and personalize customer engagement at scale, directly activating data warehouse insights into marketing workflows. Key features of the platform include Adaptive Identity Resolution, AI Decisioning for Marketing, Warehouse-Native Architecture, and Limited but Growing AI Capabilities.

Notable customers like WHOOP, Warner Music Group, and Accor leverage Hightouch and its AI marketing tools combined with Snowflake’s data platform to significantly enhance personalization, reduce campaign times, and drive data-driven growth.

The Technical Solutions Account Manager will leverage their knowledge to ensure customers understand and utilize the Hightouch platform to its fullest extent and beyond. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role where business experience and technical acumen were combined. It also demands excellent project management and communication skills, the ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in spoken and written English.
