Russia's Elite Drone Unit, Rubicon, Active Near Kharkiv
Russia's elite drone unit, Rubicon, has been reported active near Ukraine's second-largest city, Kharkiv. The unit, known for its destructive capabilities, has caused significant disruption to Ukrainian logistics in the ongoing ukraine war.
