Silencer Central Launches Banish 12: The First Hunter-Specific Shotgun Suppressor
Silencer Central has introduced the Banish 12, the first shotgun suppressor designed specifically for hunters. Weighing just 17.6 ozs with its mount and choke installed, it addresses previous concerns about weight and length with shotgun suppressors. The Banish 12 is available in black and FDE Cerakote finish options, with a suggested retail price of $1,199.
The Banish 12 measures 8.55 inches long, 2.4 inches wide, and 3.1 inches tall. It is produced entirely from titanium using additive manufacturing, ensuring durability and light weight. The suppressor is compatible with all 12-ga. shotshell ammo, including #8 shot to #2 shot, BB, BBB, 00 buck, and slugs. It also works with lead, bismuth, and tungsten shot, as well as steel shot with certain exceptions.
The Banish 12 comes with an improved cylinder, modified, and full choke. Additional chokes are sold separately. Silencer Central offers shotgun-specific mounting options for various shotgun brands, with more options to be made available in the future.
