SpaceX Slashes Starlink Mini Price for Travelers and Outdoor Enthusiasts
SpaceX has launched a limited-time discount on its Starlink Mini, making it more affordable for travelers and outdoor enthusiasts. The promotion, which mirrors an earlier offer, is currently active through various channels.
The Starlink Mini, now priced at US$299 (down from US$499) in the U.S. and C$399 (down from C$599) in Canada, is available through Starlink's website and third-party retailers like Best Buy and Home Depot. This compact device can be set up in less than 10 minutes and is portable enough to fit in a backpack.
To use the service across multiple locations, customers will still need a Starlink Roam plan. In Canada, the Roam Unlimited plan costs C$189 per month, with a more budget-friendly 50GB plan available at C$70 per month. Starlink has also introduced a new paid Standby Mode for US$5 per month, offering a low-speed connection when not in use.
The Starlink Mini discount is expected to remain active through the end of the month, based on previous promotions. This offer aims to make the service more accessible to travelers and outdoor enthusiasts. For official details about the timing and duration, customers should check SpaceX's official website or promotional communications.
