Tech Pioneer CP Group Kicks Off Advancement Expo to Propel Thailand's Technological Progress
Charoen Pokphand Group Shines at CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025
The Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group) has made a significant mark at the CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025, celebrating its dedication to technological transformation as it enters its second century of operations.
The event, a crucial strategy for creating an innovation ecosystem that connects people, technology, and society, saw the CP Group receive a total of 60 awards. Among the winners were CP AXTRA with 3 awards, CP ALL with 16 awards, Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) with 37 awards, and the Vietnamese and Chinese branches of the group with 1 award each.
The Technology Showcase, a highlight of the event, featured one of Thailand's largest displays of robotics and AI technology. True Corporation was honoured with 5 awards in this category.
The strategic partners involved in developing an innovation district in Bangkok and positioning Thailand as a regional innovation hub include global technology leaders such as Huawei, Tencent, Google, and Microsoft, along with top universities like MIT, NTU, and Chulalongkorn University. The event also featured strategic partnerships with nearly 30 organisations, including technology giants such as IBM Thailand, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Thailand, and ZTE Thailand, and government agencies including the National Innovation Agency (NIA) and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).
The symposium included over 30 sessions featuring more than 60 global technology leaders and MIT academics. The CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025 features three Centres of Excellence: Bio-Tech Lab, Digital & AI Lab, and Data Centre & Cloud CoE.
