Tink, a leading online trading platform for smart home solutions, has unveiled a new brand, tink.energy, at the Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) in Berlin. The platform aims to simplify and streamline the energy transition for households by connecting smart home and energy solutions into a seamless system.
Tink, established in 2016 and headquartered in Berlin, has expanded its reach to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Sweden. With over 2 million customers served and 100 million euros in revenue generated, the company is now launching tink.energy in partnership with climate and energy technology provider Viessmann.
The new platform will offer complete systems and modular solutions from photovoltaics, heat pumps, storage, charging stations, and smart home technologies, all supplied and installed by specialist companies. Customers will benefit from initial advice, installation support, financing solutions, and promotional offers through tink.energy.
Viessmann, the central cooperation partner, will provide its home energy management system as part of the offer. The company will also play a key role as the technology partner for heat pump, solar, and storage systems on the platform.
Tink.energy is set to launch online in the coming weeks, marking a significant step in Tink's expansion into the energy sector. The platform's comprehensive offerings, backed by Viessmann's expertise, promise to make the energy transition simpler, smarter, and more transparent for households across Europe.
