Urwerk Launches UR-150 Scorpion Watch in Titan and Dark Variants
Swiss watchmaker Urwerk has launched the UR-150 Scorpion, a new timepiece available for purchase on their website. The watch, offered in Titan and Dark variants, showcases Urwerk's signature wandering hour complication and a rounder profile.
The UR-150 Scorpion features a titanium and stainless steel case, with the Dark variant boasting PVD-treated steel and a black dial. Both variants display the current hour on rotating satellite discs, with a large skeleton hand and an outer minutes track. The case measures 42.49mm in diameter and 14.79mm in thickness, with a water resistance of 50m.
Powered by the UR-50.01 automatic movement with a 43-hour power reserve and a Vaucher base, the Scorpion is a relatively simple model compared to other Urwerk watches. Each variant is limited to 50 pieces, priced at CHF 88,000 or CHF 89,000 respectively. The Titan variant sports green accents, while the Dark variant features red accents.
The UR-150 Scorpion, with its unique design and wandering hour complication, is a testament to Urwerk's commitment to innovative watchmaking. Available in Titan and Dark variants, this limited-edition timepiece is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
