Weber MT Unveils CR 3 & CR 7 Soil Compactors for Versatile Construction Needs
Weber MT has unveiled its new CR 3 and CR 7 soil compactors, designed for ease of maintenance, high comfort, and versatile application. The CR 7 series targets hard-to-reach maintenance points and insufficiently protected engines, while the CR 3 offers six variants with impressive performance specifications.
The CR 3, available in six variants, boasts an operating weight of 208 to 229 kg and a centrifugal force of 35 kN, ideal for compacting various construction materials. It features ergonomically shaped, vibration-damped control handles that keep hand-arm vibrations below 2.5 m/s2. Engine options include a Honda gasoline engine GX 270 and a Hatz diesel engine 1B20. Each model comes with a stable tube frame and engine cover for safety.
The CR 7 series, with a nearly closed engine hood for quick access, aims to tackle hard-to-reach maintenance points. It offers a range of engine options, such as Honda gasoline and Hatz diesel engines (including the Hatz 1D40), along with features like MDM engine protection and Weber Smart Assist. The CR 7 achieves compaction results with a centrifugal force of 65 kN, suitable for road construction, path construction, and paving. It weighs between 425 and 485 kg, depending on the model, and has vibration-damped control handles and height-adjustable control rods.
Weber MT's new CR 3 and CR 7 soil compactors provide a range of engine options, advanced features, and robust performance. The CR 3's six variants and the CR 7's innovative design cater to various construction needs, ensuring high operating comfort and flexibility.
