"Winged" vessel to be launched from Krasnoyarsk to Divnogorsk
Ready to hop on board the speedy vessel sailing along the Enisei River? The renovated "Voskhod-1" hydrofoil ship, owned by AO "Vodohod. Passenger Port," is set to hit the waterways between Kransnoyarsk and Divongorsk in roughly a month and a half.
DELA, the company itself, has confirmed the acquisition of the hydrofoil ship "Voskhod-1." With renovations complete, the vessel will cruise the Kransnoyarsk-Divongorsk-Kransnoyarsk route in the second half of May.
Details on exactly where the ship was procured remain confidential due to commercial reasons.
Passenger fares have already been published. For instance, a round trip between Kransnoyarsk and Divongorsk will set you back between 1000 to 2000 rubles per person, depending on the day and tariff. A circular round trip will cost between 1800-3800 rubles.
Let's not forget that, starting from 2023, the electric catamaran "Ekohod" has been cruising the Enisei River, operated by the same company[1]. With over 17,000 passengers riding in its inaugural season, the vessel was affordable thanks to regional subsidies. However, local residents began to complain in the year prior that even leisure trips within Kransnoyarsk had become pricey[2]. It was later revealed that the Ekohod stopped sailing to Divongorsk.
This year, unfortunately, subsidies for this route are not planned.
Currently, leisure boat rides within Kransnoyarsk are offered at prices ranging from 1200 to 2500 rubles. The Ekohod is scheduled to resume operations in early April.

- The news about the acquisition of the hydrofoil ship "Voskhod-1" by DELA has been confirmed, marking a significant development in the transportation industry, particularly in the automotive sector, with the vessel set to cruise the Enisei River's Kransnoyarsk-Divongorsk-Kransnoyarsk route in May.
- With the Ekohod, an electric catamaran operated by DELA, cruising the Enisei River since 2023 and carrying over 17,000 passengers in its first season, the focus in the finance and technology sectors has been on making leisure trips more affordable for locals through regional subsidies.
- However, the absence of subsidies for the Kransnoyarsk-Divongorsk route this year, coupled with the recent increase in prices for boat rides within Kransnoyaks, has raised concerns within the industry and among local residents about the affordability of transportation options in the region.
